These terms apply to your use of www.carediiumx.com and its pages (the “website”). The website is operated by CarediumX Healthtech LLP, which trades as CarediiumX Healthcare (“CarediiumX”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Use of CarediiumX HMIS, CarediiumX Response and our add-on services is governed by the separate agreement signed with each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Who the website is for
The website provides business information for hospitals, healthcare professionals, ambulance operators and their teams in India. It is not a patient service.
3. Not medical advice, not an emergency service
Nothing on the website is medical advice. The website, its forms and its live chat cannot be used to send emergency alerts or to request an ambulance. In a medical emergency in India, call 112 or 108.
4. Product information and availability
- CarediiumX HMIS is described on the website as pilot-ready and under testing. CarediiumX Response is described as available for early access. Features and availability can change, and what is included for a hospital is set out in its proposal and agreement.
- Product screens shown on the website are illustrative and use sample data, as labelled. They are not real patient or hospital records.
- Website content is general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of any result, and it does not create a contract.
5. Pricing
We do not publish a price list. Any pricing is provided in a written proposal for a specific hospital or organisation and applies only once agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- try to access the administration area, other accounts or systems without authorisation;
- disrupt, overload or test the security of the website without our written permission (see our Responsible Disclosure page for reporting security issues);
- submit false, unlawful, harmful or misleading information, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- upload malicious code or use automated tools to scrape the website in a way that harms it; or
- use the website or its content to infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
7. What you send us
Information you submit through forms, chat, email or WhatsApp should be accurate and should relate to your enquiry. Do not send patient records, clinical details, government identifiers or payment-card data through the website. We use what you send to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, illustrations and code, and the names and logos CarediiumX, CarediiumX Healthcare, CarediiumX HMIS and CarediiumX Response, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish or use our names and logos without our written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
The website links to, or uses, services run by other companies, including WhatsApp, Zoho SalesIQ live chat, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
